For real.  At least for these 200+ kids in India.  Sad but true, folks.

I read a good book about an indian girl who married a mean family (because once you are married the family basically adopts you) and yeah, i learned a lot about the indian culture.

If I were named “unwanted” I would change my name! Although, the meaning of my name is “mountain cow” :/

Worse name ever. This parent obviously did not want to be a parent. The kid will have self-esteem issues from the get go. How stupid are people?

Can you imagine naming your child UNWANTED? Or worse, ATHIEST. Boyh are horrible! Imagine how the kid is going to be picke on in school because his mother is an assh**e! These names are even worse than the one Grace Slick (The lead singer for Jefferson Airplane) names HER son…She named him…Are you ready? GOD. God Slick! What about DEWEEZEL ZAPPA? At least his sister got a ccute name: MOON UNIT Zappa. If my husband told me that we were either naming our baby Dweezel or Irving…the assho*e made it a command. You’ll name him, either this or that…because I say so! I’d punch my husband square in the face, and tell him he’d begetting the divorce papers first thing in the morning. I’d also tell him, when YOU are the one carrry this thing around inside your body, living with the back pain and the damn nausia, when you are the one going into that labor room and having to endure God only know howw many hours of
excrutiating pain, and could very well give up your lLIFE during the ordeal, and whn you have to ffinish up in thr delivery room, trying to push something the size of a WATERMELLON through an opening only large enough for a LEMON, then you can start laying down the law to me! The baby’s name is….Think og something nice…and THAT is how it’s going to be. Period!

Sorry Nadia… Jerimiah is a lovely name. One of my favorites,. I also love Caleb, Joshua, Isaiah, Destiny, Dante, Muhammad, Kyle, Ian, Seth, Damion, Darian, and Damon, Angus, Jonathan, Arron, Jean-Luc (Pronounced, John Luke) Jean-Paul (Pronounced John-Paul), Jean-Michel(John-Micheal), Islam, Yousef (Joseph), Ibraheem (Abraham), Isa (Jesus), Maryam) Mary, Moses, Russell, Rayna, Raina, Leah,Leia, Samantha, Angel, Angelia, Kirstie (pronounced Keer stee, Deja or Dejah, Sola, Solah, Miranda, Amanda, Shadow, or Shadoe (for a boy), Whisper, Breezy, Storrmy, Kayleigh, Cinnamon (especially if she had red hair), Shandi, Shemayne, Alexis, Lexi, Alex, Allyn (all girls names)Sunset, Sunrise, or Sunshine, Shaylah, Ai’esha, Jasmine, Yasimina, Yasmina, Yasmin, Cricket (One of my favorites) , Gwenna, Gwendolyn, Gwenevere, Guinivere (The traditional spelling), Trista, Alyah, Iliah, Pumpkin, Amber, or Umber, Anestasia, Evelyn (pronounced Eve Lynn), Mirrin, Shellah

There are so many pretty names, they wouldn’t fit here. I will say this… Any mother, or father who give a child a retarded name, ought to be tarred and feathered. The kid has to LIVE with this thing, for God’s Sake! Don’t set yout child up for riddicule and bullying. THINK before you choose a name, and WAIT until the baby is born to name it. LOOK at the infant’a face, it’s eyes, the color of it’s hair. Listen to the sound of it’s voice when it cries or coos. Name it according to what you see and feel. I was set to name my second daughter Brandi, because that was the name of my favorite song at the time. But then, the doctor place that ting, wet body in my arms, and she looked up at me. A smile tugged at the cirners if her tiny pink, rosebud of a mouth. A seconf later, I felt her tiny hand close tightly around my right pinky finger. I knew right then, that tis was not Brandi. This tiny angel was Melissa…Melissa Leigh. I had named her sister in the delivery room as well. She was a big girl, almost eight pounds, with huge eyes, and a determined ecpression. AS the doctor laid her on my belly so he could cut the unbillical, the little brat put me in my place. She peed on me! A few moment later, as the nurse placed her in my husband’s arms, she also let HIM know how was the boss in our family. She threw up on him! This one was a fighter, a tough girl, who lnpw what she wanted and exactly how to get it!So, I named her after a charaacter from the Star Trek TV series…the original seriess! The chaaracter was aa warrior, a fighter, and he name was Shawna. So, I named her Shawna. And because she had introduced me to her brother, and we were married wwithin a month…I gave my daughter her Aunt’s name
…Alice…she became Shawna Alice.
