Valhalla

If you give birth to a Viking wearing a horned helmet – then this name is perfectly fine. ¬†Otherwise, it’s an archaic moniker that means “hall of the slain” – the place in Norse mythology to where the souls of the dead are taken by the Valkyries. ¬†Kinda darkens the mood of having a new bundle of joy, don’t you think?

Valhalla is not a gloomy place. It’s the place all followers of Norse mythology want to go to, you dumb fuck. It’s the Norse equivalent of heaven. (Not that I think the name is a good idea.)

I didn’t say it was a gloomy place, asshole. I said it darkens to mood to name your kid after a place known as the “hall of the slain.”
