Arikhai

by Lemonjello Redenbacher on November 2, 2010

This is a turd born of two other turds.  You see, this lady has a friend who liked the name  Arden (Turd #1), which apparently means “fiery, ablaze, dazzling.”  She also liked the name Malachai (Turd #2), which apparently means “my angel.”  So she decided to make the names fuck each other, and out the other end came Arikhai (Resulting Turd), which she says means “My Blazing Angel.”

Wait – isn’t an angel on fire supposed to be a bad thing?

I thought an angel means a dead person. Does she want to set the kid on fire and make him an angel?

In Hebrew it would mean “my lion is alive”

@ Kathryn: Nah, people and angels are two entirely different things. I do like your take on it, though.

I agree with Mick. People and angels are entirely different. People, you see, actually exist. Angels do not.

All I can think of are the giant elite orks in Lord of the Rings: Uruk-hai…or something to that effect (I’m too lazy to find my copy and look it up :) )

The name of an actual Uruk-hai, Lurtz, would be preferable to this.
