You know, as stupid as this “name” is, they may have been crazy like a fox. ┬áIt’s so dumb that it’s really pretty hard to find a way to make fun of it.

That being said, I hope this isn’t the beginning of a new trend to start naming your kid after random things like gates, rocks, walls, shrubbery and/or airplanes.

Gates reminds me of all those kids’ books where all the farmers are called Farmer Gates.

I know someone who named her children Brick (boy), Cable (boy) and Gates (girl).
