Cirrus

Cirrus is a type of cloud.  You should not name your children after climatic formations of moisture in the sky.  This also includes the names Cumulus, Stratus and Nimbus.

Thank you.

Actually, I love my name. Did I get picked on? Yeah, and the jokes haven’t gotten any better over time. Did I kick the crap out of the kids that picked on me? Yeah again. Oh, and BTW, I’m a girl.

If by “girl” you mean “liar that never really beat anyone up but can easily claim to have done so on a website where no one can prove otherwise”, then yes…I believe you.

Why do parents even name their daughters that name?

Cirrus is also the name of an eye-related drug I believe.

Still, just one step away from calling your kid Citrus.
