Teal is a color, not a name.  Interestingly enough, it’s that blue-green color that was really, really common for a while — especially in cars.  It got so common, in fact, it became overdone and after a while no one wanted a teal car anymore.

Interesting…I wonder of Teal’s middle name, then, is McKenzie or Britney or some other overdone bag of waste?  Probably not.  It’s probably Maroon or Hunter Green.

I know this is an old post, but I also can’t resist adding that Teal is also the name of a family of semi-aquatic birds. Teal is not a name for a child and is even more ridiculous to think of it stuck on an adult.
